Donate year-round professional services the chapter otherwise has to spend money on in exchange for distinction as official X of PRSA Charlotte and guaranteed category exclusivity. Sample categories include:

(Limited to one per category, interested vendors considered by sponsorship committee, not first-come, first-served. Preference given to companies with active members but not required.)
 

Multi-Year Sponsorships

Platinum
Only one available
  • Recognized as the exclusive Presenting Sponsor at the QCPR awards in all promotional materials, e.g. verbiage Queen City PR Awards presented by XXXX with the company's logo
  • Benefits include everything in the annual Platinum level sponsorship for two years
  • Receives 25 percent discount of $5,000 annual Platinum fee if renewed for a third year sponsorship; cost would be $3,750 for the third year
  • For renewal process, has option to drop to a lower sponsorship level at one-time cost of $1,500 or renew for another two years at $8,500 cost
  • If new benefits are added any time during the calendar year, will receive them at no cost for two years
  • If benefits are removed any time during the calendar year, will receive a 10 percent refund
Gold
  • Benefits include everything in the annual Gold level sponsorship for two years
  • Receives 25 percent discount of $3,500 annual Gold fee if renewed for a third year sponsorship; cost would be $2,625 for the third year
  • For renewal process, has option to drop to a lower sponsorship level at one-time cost of $1,500 or renew for another two years at $6,500 cost
  • If new benefits are added any time during the calendar year, will receive them at no cost for two years
  • If benefits are removed any time during the calendar year, will receive a 10 percent refund
Silver
  • Benefits include everything in the annual Silver level sponsorship for two years
  • Receives 25 percent discount of $2,700 annual Silver fee if renews for a third year sponsorship; cost would be $2,025 for the third year
  • For renewal, has option to be awards sponsor at cost of $1,800 in year three or renew for another two years at $2,700 cost
  • If new benefits are added any time during the calendar year, will receive them at no cost for two years
  • If benefits are removed any time during the calendar year, will receive a 10 percent refund
