Key member of the marketing communications team working in conjunction with internal teams and agency partners to plan, develop and execute HubSpot-based marketing automation and sales enablement programs. The Integrated Marketing Manager creates content within HubSpot, develops and executes omni-channel campaigns and digital experiences that inspire and educate our target audiences, and tracks campaign metrics. In addition, this person also plays a key role in developing sales tools to promote our brands and enhance customer relationships.
The successful candidate should be a creative, customer-focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills who values cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
Major Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
- Build email campaigns, create landing pages, and update/modify website pages working with marketing communications team and subject matter experts.
- Distribute email campaigns to segmented audiences and monitor deliverability.
- Regularly audit email deliverability and perform database cleansing to ensure data integrity and campaign effectiveness.
- Responsible for data acquisition, database management and maintenance within the HubSpot platform.
- Create workflows within HubSpot for all brands and audiences; monitor and optimize performance of each strategy.
- Lead the execution of marketing automation programs, tracking assets and monitoring live campaigns to ensure all elements run flawlessly.
- Assist in the production of content (email marketing messages, case studies, blog posts, project profiles, presentation content, website copy, etc.) to support content marketing and sales enablement programs.
- Collaborate with marketing team to understand business/solution goals and develop editorial calendars and content project plans to deliver upon those goals. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as a daily resource and provide ongoing training for field sales representatives on HubSpot tools, campaign execution and best practices.
- Manage overall user support, data integrity, system administration and process maintenance of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub tools, working with agency partners.
- Analyze key campaign metrics to track success and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance. Understand and implement segmentation and channel usage to achieve KPIs and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team and product managers to develop industry and audience-based messaging and deliver consistent brand experiences across all digital channels.
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone; write clean, concise, well-polished copy. Edit copy and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice.
- Continuously explore higher-performing content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels.
- Measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools
- Keep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or marketing automation (HubSpot or similar platforms)
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, workflows, email, analytics, database management)
- Experience with database management, including deliverability audits and cleansing
- Certification in HubSpot Inbound/Email Marketing and/or Google Analytics preferred
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Excel or similar)
- Understanding of compliance and best practices in email marketing (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Demonstrated ability to train and support field sales or cross-functional teams
- Craft CMS and Acquia DAM experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Outstanding editorial, communication and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/OneNote. Adobe Suite experience preferred.
- Initiative, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Must be willing and able to travel approximately 10%.
