Plans and strategically designs communications initiatives and programs system wide that builds awareness of the organization's brand among teammates and community with specific target emphasis on goals and priorities. Develops strategic annual plans and programs and manages multiple projects at one time including possibly managing a team. The team you will join focuses on internal and corporate communications, developing our employee ambassador program, supporting nursing communications, planning large leadership events, developing change management programs and managing channels and programs that share news and information with our 65,000+ employees. This role requires flexibility, strategy, attention to detail and excellence.
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as public relations, communications, journalism or business required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years experience required. Must be able to work quickly under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.
