The Account Manager role requires a proven track record in top-tier earned media results, strategic thinking, independently leading projects, team leadership and client service excellence. This role requires charismatic leadership as a team player versed in thinking BIG about creative strategy, measurement and innovation in PR and communication while being a connector and mentor within our team. This is a mid-level role requiring 6-8 years of experience leading client accounts in an agency setting.

The Account Manager will play an integral part in the growth of the Belle Communication brand and its client brands as a reliable and nimble member of the agency’s account team. This role is best suited for a highly detailed self-starter with previous agency experience who thrives in a non-corporate, fast-paced, virtual office environment. 

As Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the growth and management of client accounts you lead through creative strategy development, project management, measurement and goal setting to ensure PR and social media campaigns align with client business goals and maximize ROI. Within this role, the ability to stay ahead of industry trends within public relations and know current events and developments within client industries will be essential to support the overall success of the team.

You will ensure the teams you lead stay on track with coverage goals and contribute strategic recommendations to build client thought leadership across traditional and digital marketing channels. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing Communication or related field
  • 6-8 years experience leading client accounts in an agency setting
  • Proven ability to consistently secure top-tier results within national, trade and local media
  • Experience in leading and executing social media and influencer campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills and proficient in AP style
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to grow and manage multiple client accounts, spearhead strategic planning and exceed campaign goals.
